Orlando, FL, September 25, 2010 --(PR.com)-- In what was a strong recovery to a slow start, Public Relations Consultant Frank Torres has had a record breaking quarter, to end the fiscal year. Frank was able to secure over 30 major media impressions in the Central Florida area for his clients, contacts, and himself.
