Trojan Auto Care Welcomes Jay Hensley as Service Advisor

Troy, OH, September 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Trojan Auto Care is pleased to announce that Jay Hensley has joined their team of trusted automotive repair experts. Hensley comes to Trojan Auto Care with decades of automotive repair experience; most recently as Service Advisor with Absolute Automotive.

Hensley has a long history in the automotive repair industry. He started in his father’s shop when he was 14 years old. Over the years he’s worked in a number of automotive repair shops and ended up buying one of those shops. In 2000, he sold that shop to spend more time with his family. Since then, he has held positions as Service Advisor, most recently with Absolute Automotive.

Hensley says, “I very much enjoy being the intermediary between our customers and the technicians.” As Service Advisor, Hensley must clearly communicate with everyone so that all work is completed to the satisfaction of Trojan Auto Care customers. “My greatest joy on the job is seeing our customers smile when they leave. That’s because they know their vehicle was fixed properly and at a price that was fair.”
