Crocker Partners Announces 34,000 SF Bank of America Renewal to Anchor ING-Owned Tower in Downtown Boca Raton, Florida

Boca Raton, FL, October 03, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Bank of America has leased 34,000 square feet under a long-term lease renewal at the Bank of America Tower in downtown Boca Raton. The 110,000-square-foot building, located at 150 East Palmetto Park Road and Mizner Boulevard, is leased and managed by Crocker Partners for owner ING.

Jon Blunk, senior vice president leasing for Crocker Partners, represented ING. Jeff Kelly and Javier Osuna of CB Richard Ellis represented Bank of America in the transaction.

The building is currently 85 percent leased, up from 76 percent when Crocker took on the leasing assignment in mid-2009, according to Blunk. Other recent tenants include Interface Worldwide, Dickenson Rex Sloan P.A., Smart Money Management Group and Charles Schwab.
