Poker Blog Provides More Help for US Players

A poker blog launched to guide Americans through the recent online gambling law changes and find them places to play has just added a new tool to assist them even more.

New York, NY, January 11, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Since the Unlawful Gambling Act was passed in October it has become a lot harder for Americans to play online. The law seemed to have curtailed poker activities for millions of people. Blogs like United States of Poker ( http://unitedstatesofpoker.blogspot.com ) were set up to explain the law and show US players that they could still play online, as well as show what action you could take to protest against the ban.

Now the blog has added a new tool which will help players even more. It has installed a live tournament feed which will give details of all tournaments coming up which allow US players to play.

It's entirely searchable by game type, time, stake and many other variables and is always current, meaning it will show games starting straight away.

As well as this the site has a constantly updated list of poker rooms which still accept US players and up to date news on what is happening with the ban, and what steps you can take to protest.
