Raleigh Artist Vinita Jain’s Work to be Featured in Fine Arts League of Cary Exhibit

Local Artist’s Paintings Will be Shown at the Cary Ballet Conservatory

Raleigh, NC, October 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Vinita Jain (http://www.vinitajain.net), a local artist specializing in acrylic and pastel painting, has announced that that she will be exhibiting three of her oil pastel paintings at the Fine Arts League of Cary show at the Cary Ballet Conservatory at 3791 NW Cary Parkway in Cary, N.C. Those paintings are entitled “Cosmos,” “Backyard Fall I” and “Backyard Fall II.” The paintings will be on display in the Fine Arts League of Cary exhibition until Nov. 19, 2010.

“It is a fantastic opportunity for me to be able to showcase my work with the Fine Arts League of Cary,” said Jain. “The Cary Ballet Conservatory is also a great ambassador for the arts, and I am very proud to have my work exhibited there.”

A native of India, Vinita Jain has lived in North Carolina for more than 10 years. As a child, art was a passion of Jain’s, and she was first introduced to pastels when she came to N.C. Jain took courses in drawing and color theory at Meredith College and since has taken pastel workshops from renowned artists.
