PaperSave is leading two sessions highlighting the benefits of electronic document management and workflow during the conference.

Miami, FL, October 20, 2010 --( PaperSavePro™, an electronic document management and workflow product of Solutions@MBAF and a Blackbaud Strategic Partner, announced today a list of activities it has planned for the Blackbaud 2010 Conference for Nonprofits, taking place at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center October 20 – 22, 2010.

PaperSavePro is the sole sponsor of the Welcome Reception, where attendees will be able to enjoy a relaxed, Fall-themed atmosphere amongst their peers. This networking event will provide a kick-off to an information-packed conference.

During the trade show, representatives from PaperSave will be at booth 400 to answer questions and demonstrate the PaperSavePro system. Visitors to the booth will benefit from the company’s years of experience and expertise in helping organizations go paperless and become more efficient.

On Friday, October 22, 2010, Stuart Rosenberg, President will present “Content Management: It’s Not Just About Being Paperless!” During this breakout session, Mr. Rosenberg will address the audience’s concerns relating to financial documents, including: preparing for an audit, automating manual paper processes, finding information staff members need in order to do their jobs and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. In addition, Mr. Rosenberg will share how PaperSave, with its seamless integration to Blackbaud’s The Financial Edge and FundWare, can help keep documents in order.

Also on Friday, PaperSave will host a user group session. The first half of the session will be led by Wadih Pazos, Senior Vice President of Product Development and Business Process Management at PaperSave. Mr. Pazos will share information on new features in the current PaperSavePro 4 release and what is coming in PaperSavePro 5. The second half of the session will include a panel of successful PaperSavePro users, who will share inventive ways they’re using the system and answer questions. The discussions will be moderated by Diana McGowin, Manager of Strategic Partners, and carried forward to a new PaperSavePro online community.
