Columbus, OH, October 20, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- The orientation is geared toward people who have 50 or more pounds to lose and need the help and motivation to get started. In this low-key, no-pressure environment, Yun will take the participants through a mini boot-camp circuit to demonstrate the exercises and show them that they can do it. He will also explain Yun Fitness’s approach to nutrition.
Attendees will receive several helpful DVDs and e-books, as well as a free two-week trial to Yun Fitness Boot Camps.
“Boot camp can be a scary word—but it doesn’t have to be,” says Yun. “This free seminar demonstrates exactly what boot camp is and puts to rest any fears people may have.”
Traditionally, the boot-camp style fitness program seems intimidating for those who have a lot of weight to lose and don’t feel comfortable going to the gym, let alone a group fitness class. Yun camps, however, are different. People of all fitness levels participate in the camps, and modifications for the exercises are available for beginners. There is no intimidation or yelling. Instead, trainers offer positive encouragement and support.
