Which Wich Superior Sandwiches Debuts in Los Angeles with a New Menu
Los Angeles, CA, October 28, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, an award-winning, national sandwich concept, is now open in LA. The Los Angeles Which Wich is located at 2212 Sawtelle Blvd. at Olympic Blvd., right off the 405 and just minutes from UCLA and Century City. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday, from 9 am-9 pm, for dine-in, takeout, or catering. It’s the first Which Wich in LA.
Which Wich offers more than 50 varieties of customizable “wiches,” from the signature Wicked®, loaded with five meats and three cheeses, to vegetarian options such as tomato & avocado and several healthy wiches for less than 400 calories each. LA is the first new store in the chain to offer larger sizes in addition to the regular 7-inch wich and to include a bowl option on the menu. Any sandwich can be ordered in a bowl, served on a bed of lettuce and topped with whatever fresh ingredients the guest desires.
Which Wich is also known for its creative ordering system. Guests use red Sharpies® to mark up pre-printed menus on sandwich bags. They select a sandwich from one of 10 categories, then choose the type of bread (or bowl), cheese, spreads, and vegetables. The sandwiches are prepared to guests’ exact specifications and delivered in personalized sandwich bags. After they’ve enjoyed their wiches, guests are encouraged to draw on their bags using red Sharpies and hang the “artwork” on the community wall.
“I couldn’t be more excited to bring the Which Wich concept to LA,” says owner Scott Myers, who hopes to open five to 10 more locations in the Los Angeles area. “This is long overdue. We have been missing that great sandwich served in a fun and friendly atmosphere at an appealing price point. I’m also proud that LA is the first new store to offer the bowl option for our carb-conscious and gluten-sensitive guests.”

In addition to customized wiches, customers can enjoy hand-dipped shakes, signature house chips, and just-out-of-the-oven cookies in an edgy, magnetic inviting environment. Which Wich locations feature music listening stations, newspaper reading stations, free wi-fi, and a community wall showcasing the sandwich bag artwork.
