The CEIL’s Green Government Podcast series, launched in May 2010, addresses the mandates outlined in President Obama’s Executive Order 13514. Interviewees represent federal leaders charged with developing, implementing and managing programs affected by the EO as well as private sector companies providing solutions.

“We’re very proud of the high level of education programmed for our inaugural event,” says Ann Seltz, President of the Center for Environmental Innovation and Leadership. “We’re offering 30 sessions on energy, transportation, facilities and conservation with over 85 speakers, primarily from federal agencies. Based on our pre-registration information, the program is clearly resonating with the federal audience. Our attendees represent over 40 agencies and are generally GS-13 and above—these are the managers who will be charged with achieving the targets set by EO 13514.”
