Hugo Award-Winning Author Peter S. Beagle will be Interviewed Live on Talk Show the Biblio File

Chris Meadows will be interviewing Peter S. Beagle on his live talk show podcast The Biblio File, Wednesday, January 24th at 12 p.m. Eastern/9 a.m. Pacific.

Springfield, MO, January 18, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Chris Meadows will be interviewing Hugo Award-winning author Peter S. Beagle, along with Connor Cochran from his publisher, Conlan Press, on his live talk show podcast The Biblio File. The interview will be recorded live, and will take place on Wednesday, January 24th at 12 noon Eastern/9 a.m. Pacific time. The interview questions will cover Beagle's career, including the publication of his first novel at age 19, The Lord of the Rings and The Last Unicorn animated movies, Beagle's script, "Sarek," for Star Trek: The Next Generation, and more. Peter S. Beagle is an American fantasist and author of novels, nonfiction, and screenplays. He is also a talented guitarist and folk singer. He wrote his first novel, A Fine and Private Place, when he was only 19 years old. Today he is best known as the author of The Last Unicorn, which routinely polls as one of the top ten fantasy novels of all time, and at least two of his other books (A Fine and Private Place and I See By My Outfit) are considered modern classics. His novelette "Two Hearts," a sequel to The Last Unicorn, won the Hugo Award for Best Novelette and was nominated as a short fiction finalist for the World Fantasy Award.

The Biblio File is the live call-in talk show hosted by Chris Meadows via the TalkShoe podcasting service. The focus of this show is books and the publishing industry.
