Based on twenty-five years of facilitating growth and productivity in small and medium-sized companies, Larry Smith’s new book shares the “how to” of creating a culture of high performance and then sustaining it.

It is not that difficult. But it does take courage because one must begin with an Assessment; i.e. a reality check. One needs to take a measure of management’s stewardship, so the removal of rose-colored glasses is the first requirement.

The bottom line is: How one’s employees behave is a critical ingredient. How one leads determines how they behave.
