Google, YouTube, MySpace Top OurChurch.Com's 2007 Predictions

Tampa, FL, January 19, 2007 --(PR.com)-- OurChurch.Com, a leading provider of web hosting, design, marketing and advertising services for Christian organizations, posted five predictions for 2007 in its Christian Web Trends blog. The predictions focus on trends in Internet technology and their implications for Christian ministry.

“I’m kind of cool to the whole prediction thing,” OurChurch.Com CEO, Paul Steinbrueck writes in the article, “but I believe that success often comes from anticipating a trend and putting yourself in a position to ride the wave. My hope is that by talking about some of the current trends related to Christianity and the Internet that you [the reader] can position yourself to ride one or more of these waves in 2007.”

The article includes predictions about online video sites like Google’s YouTube, social networking sites like MySpace, content management systems, local search, and RSS. Each prediction is followed by an explanation of its implications, essentially a bit of very practical “What does this mean for me?” advice.
