Mr. Feffer is a health care entrepreneur and executive who co-founded Health Incentives, the first telephonic nurse decision support company, founded Informed Health, an independent subsidiary of Aetna, and was Senior Vice President at Health Dialog. While at Health Dialog, David had responsibilities for development of products and services and forging distribution partnerships to sell to payers. David’s focus for the past thirty-five years has been on helping consumers become more effective decision makers regarding their health and health care.
