Toronto, Canada, November 12, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- Announcing that Kengin Consulting Inc., a mobile development consulting firm, has launched a new application for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch users called ShortShowers.
The ShortShowers application is encouraging it’s users to conserve both water & energy by taking shorter showers. ShortShowers allows its users to see how long a shower they are taking, and approximately how much water is being used. Allowing users to then calculate their shower water consumption by month, or by year, to see the direct impact on water conservation.
The application also provides users with helpful tips on how to shorten their shower, plus benefits to yourself & the environment for doing so.
The partners of Kengin Consulting Inc say, “ShortShowers is an easy to use application that reminds users of the benefits, and importance, of water conservation. It’s a small step, but it’s one in the right direction, and will hopefully encourage consumers to be more aware of how they are using our precious resources.”
