London, United Kingdom, November 14, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- The IT networking and services company has taken ground and first floor accommodation at ‘Centurion’ on a ten-year lease at an annual rent of £380,000 (£16 per sq ft / £172 per sq m). The firm’s 120 staff members have been relocated to the refurbished property from two separate locations in Hook and Odiham in Hampshire.
Mark Pettican, Director at Telindus says: “After searching for some time we chose Watchmoor Park due to its convenient location, proximity to the M3 and the modern, smart, open plan accommodation on offer. Our staff and customers are delighted with our new home and we look forward to developing and expanding our business over the coming years.”
A further eight companies have taken office space at the business park so far this year, with Com Technology, Adeopoint Ltd, Framos Electronics Ltd, Guntner UK Ltd, Advanced Micro Devices Ltd, Memiah Ltd, Lato Networks Ltd and South Pole Ltd taking a total of approx 15,000 sq ft (1,394 sq m) of refurbished accommodation at the Coliseum Business Centre.
Wadham and Isherwood’s Nick Reeve comments: “Despite the uncertain economic climate, these transactions demonstrate that demand for well located, good quality office space remains strong and with limited opportunities in Camberley and the other Blackwater Valley towns we expect that the market will see increasing upward pressure on rents.”
He adds: “Watchmoor Park is one of the region’s most established business parks and its continued popularity with occupiers underlines why it continues to be the benchmark by which similar schemes are judged.”
Notes for editors: Watchmoor Park is one of the South East’s most established business parks, situated only half a mile from Junction 4 of the M3 and just 33 miles from Central London.
