Queplix includes support for existing security models so that data integration can be effected with no impact to the existing data architecture. Application blades are smart and application aware – Queplix has knowledge of the table or the object structures and knows how to map them to applications deployed in the organization’s cloud architecture.

Different cloud architectures have different challenges for application and data integration. These include the interfaces, security model, the location of the data and the protection for data integrity associated with the connecting pathways. Many large organizations are building out private and hybrid clouds. It is their plan to extend existing and new applications into these new architectures for deployment. These cloud architectures are often driven by customer business models as well as regulatory and compliance issues that eliminate an easy deployment using a public cloud architecture. Public clouds have been very popular in customer relationship management and have now reached critical velocity across the full spectrum of enterprise applications. Data virtualization also provides all of the different integration interfaces required to access relational data and object data independent of all architectural considerations. Current support includes .Net - ODBC, JDBC, web services and the technology required to support proprietary API integrations. This positions Queplix with the ability to blend the various cloud architectures together and with chosen on-premise applications in a seamless fashion. Queplix converts all relational data that must be integrated into a virtual object metadata directory, enabling Queplix to deal with object representations both for the on-premise and the cloud based applications.
