Bothell, WA, November 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Datalight announced today that CEO Roy Sherrill has been invited to speak at Storage Visions, a national trade show focused on the latest developments in computer storage solutions, and co-located with CES in Las Vegas. Roy’s presentation, entitled ‘NAND Tricks: How to Increase Performance and Lower Cost’ will discuss the problems and promise of multi-tiered storage as a solution to the performance vs. price compromise faced by device manufacturers in the past. The presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, January 5th at 10:15am, and will give insight into the benefits of multi-tiered storage and how software makers are making this trend possible.

“SSD offers amazing performance, but at a cost that is out of reach for many consumers,” said Storage Visions Conference organizer Tom Coughlin, “Combining storage technologies to achieve cost/benefits advantages offer exciting options. We are delighted that Roy will be shedding light on some of the alternatives for computer and consumer storage at this year’s Storage Visions.”
