Excentive Closes a Very Significant Deal with Turkcell

Deerfield, IL, December 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Excentive announced today it has closed a very significant deal with Turkcell, the leading Communications and Technology Company in Turkey. Turkcell selected Excentive Compensation Cockpit to manage its Incentive Compensation Plans for 30,000 Employees and Dealers.
