)-- One of Trojan Auto Care’s Service Advisors, Randy Landenburg, recently celebrated his 25th year with the company. Over the years, Randy has worked in almost every aspect of the business and has gained knowledge that is extremely helpful to Trojan Auto Care’s customers.
As Trojan Auto Care’s owner, Vic Haddad, says, “Reaching a silver anniversary is a significant milestone for any relationship and we would like to thank Randy for his many years of service.” Randy started with Trojan Auto Care in March of 1985, after Vic’s father recruited him from a local Sears auto store. He was responsible for many different aspects of the business, and as a result, gained a considerable amount of knowledge in automotive repair and customer service.
Randy says, “Trojan Auto Care is a family-owned business and they are a great family to work for because I can end the day with the satisfaction of knowing they took care of the customer and the vehicle properly.” As Service Advisor, Randy enjoys helping customers and gets a great deal of personal fulfillment from working with someone from start to finish.
Trojan Auto Care takes great pleasure in making sure they provide a great working environment for their team. According to Vic, “Customers notice the difference between a happy employee and one that’s just putting in his or her time to get a paycheck. Randy has been married for 26 years, has one daughter and has always been a member of the community in Troy, OH. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf.
