GDRadio Now Available as an App for Droid Smartphones

Grateful Dead Radio has released a brand new mobile application that lets users listen to Grateful Dead and more on their Droid Phones.

East Hampton, CT, December 17, 2010 --(PR.com)-- GDRadio.net announces the launch of its app for the Droid phone platform. In addition to offering a 24/7 stream of live Grateful Dead and more, the application features the ability to interact using Facebook, Twitter and more. New users can download the app from the Droid Marketplace by going to "Market" on your Android-powered device, selecting "Search" and entering "GDRadio" into the search field. GDRadio’s content includes "The Grateful Dead Hour with David Gans" and "Dead Air with Uncle John".

"Once we gave iPhone users’ mobile access to our content, the next logical step was to provide the same experience for our listeners with Droid phones," says GDRadiofounder John Whalen.
