Flournoy Oil & Gas, LLC. / Flournoy Drilling, LLC is a land based, contract oil and natural gas drilling company headquartered in Houston, TX. Historically, Flournoy Oil & Gas has been one of the leading drilling companies operating in the state of Texas. More recently however, Flournoy has repeatedly appeared on the international radar along with strategic joint venture partner BBB Champions Oil, Inc. Savvy players in the energy market have been keeping an eye on the subtle movements of both companies throughout the Middle East over the past year.
