World Class Capital Group Acquires Austin Shopping Center

Austin, TX, January 06, 2011 --(PR.com)-- World Class Capital Group, LLC has purchased Teakwood Plaza, a 48,440 square-foot shopping center located at the intersection of Burnet Road and Steck Avenue in North Central Austin, Texas for an undisclosed price. The seller was New York-based Kimco Realty Corporation.

Teakwood Plaza is 100% occupied and is anchored by Primitives Furniture. The retail center is less than a mile from the Northcross Mall redevelopment and the new 98,000 square foot Wal-Mart store that opened in October.
