LineLessons.com Hosts Special “Beginner” Line Dancing Workshop at Ft. Wayne Dance for All Event, One of Nation’s Largest Dance Conferences

New Dancers Can Beat the Winter Blahs by Having Fun While Learning to Dance at Special Workshop Tailored Just for Them

Columbus, OH, January 06, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Today, Edie Driskill of LineLessons.com, the site dedicated to providing line dance instruction for beginners and up, announced she will host a special workshop for beginning dancers as part of the Ft. Wayne Dance for All Conference in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. On Fri., Feb. 25, instructors and choreographers from LineLessons.com will welcome brand new dancers with instruction designed just for them.

“While the Ft. Wayne Dance for All event is like no other for dance enthusiasts, it can be intimidating for beginners,” said Edie Driskill, publisher of LineLessons.com. “The LineLessons.com beginners’ workshop provides a way to bring new dancers to the sport by making them feel so welcome and comfortable that they’ll have a positive, fun experience, continue dancing once they get home, and be back next year dancing to all the current hits.”

For $45, dancers will enjoy a one-day pass for Fri., Feb. 25 that will entitle them to six hours of special instruction designed just for brand new dancers, along with 100 points at LineLessons.com to continue dancing the exact dances they learned at the conference. Step sheets and a gift bag are included. Then, Friday night they'll dance the dances they learned in the workshop on the main floor, led by the LineLessons.com instructors. All dances taught will be streaming on the LineLessons.com site so that they’ll be immediately available to the students to keep dancing as soon as they get home.

“This is a plug 'n play experience for a new dancer,” Driskill continued. “The instruction will be paced, interspersed with helpful information on staying healthy while dancing, how to read step sheets and other line dancing basics.”

Registration forms are available from edie@linelessons.com or from ftwaynedanceforall@att.net. More information is available at www.linelessons.info. Information on the Ft. Wayne Dance for All Conference is at http://www.ftwaynedanceforall.com/. The event is one of the largest dance conferences in the U.S., attracting attendees from all over the country, particularly Midwesterners.
