New York, NY, February 07, 2007 --(PR.com
)-- The Patent Pending application called; Tirminal (www.tirminal.com), represents a new age in file transfer applications. Tirminal is a windows application that provides its users with the option to send any size file and any volume of transfers to anyone on the internet – without requiring the recipient to install Tirminal themselves.
Tirminal is now geared directly at Corporate and Enterprise clients. These are businesses with 10 or more users, that need controlled security features that allow for tighter audit ability of transfers, security, expiration of data, offline backup and storage, customized delivery (‘White Label’) and TMP (Tirminal Template).
These versions are designed for the business user and administrator in mind. The Tirminal Corporate and Enterprise versions, do not need Windows Server. They work just as fine on an XP Home edition machine.
As always, Tirminal provides its users with:
• Unlimited File Transfer; for each user, there is now the means to send 2, 3, 4…Gigabytes of data (no limit) to anyone that can receive a link. This link can be sent via email or though an IM client.
• Offsite Backup and storage; for those that request to still have the means to store and backup files off-site; Tirminal provides that hosting feature for additional fees.
• Streaming Media; currently underdevelopment, Tirminal will allow you to send a link to someone, and create a video/audio conference live from your desktop.
• Shared Desktop; much like many other desktop sharing applications, Tirminal will allow you to perform this function, without the need for a 3rd party server.
Simon Grunfeld, Director of Business Development states: "We’re re-writing the way that the online file transfer market is going. We’ve developed a new platform for data transfer which allows anyone with a PC to send/receive files, stream video and audio, and share your desktop live with anyone that can receive a hyperlink from you.”
