Abu Dhabi Becomes BiKak IP CCTV’S Middle East Hub for Product and Support

The additional office will provide support and system design consultancy for all clients within the region. Clients within the Middle East currently managed from the London office will be transferred to the local Middle East office.

The need to integrate peripheral security products into system designs has been gradually growing, and the design team in London has increasingly relied on partners in the Middle East for site surveys and risk assessments. “End-user applications have begun to rely in increased consultancy with the client before the design stage is initiated”, stated newly appointed CTO for the ME, Mr. Abdul Gafoor. “Bikal has created a basic framework to which additional hardware and software is easily added. It is, therefore, a natural step to integrate supplementary products to produce specific applications”, he added.
The brand has steadily grown over the years and systems have become easier to support through a strategy of increased customer training. London will maintain its HQ status, as the UK still represents the global capital of CCTV.
