)-- Author and Lecturer, Tab Edwards, has released the Second Edition of his book "MPS: Managed Print Services - Best Practices for Buyers and Sellers as you Navigate the Complexities of Office Output Optimization Initiatives" (Oxford Hill Press) which lands at #31 in the Amazon Bestsellers Rank.
The book, which is considered by many to be the definitive guide to understanding Managed Print Services solutions from the perspectives of both the buyer and seller, has merited a second printing due to its popularity and sales strength. In addition, the new edition of the book includes an added chapter titled: Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) vs. Cost-Per-Page (CPP) which makes the point that both MPS solution providers and customers should concern themselves with TCO -- Total Costs -- in order to maximize the value of MPS.
Edwards is in the process of completing his fifth book titled "Lessons of the Navel Orange" which is scheduled for release in 2Q2011.
