Charlotte, NC, September 13, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Tom Carpenter, Co-Founder of Carpenter, Cammack & Associates, Inc., has announced that Erica Hand, Branch Service Coordinator at the firm’s Charlotte office, has received her Customer Service Representative (CSR) certification. Hand attended the CSR Development Program, which was provided by Hartford Financial Services Group, from June 13th-July 22nd. The program was held in two parts, consisting of in-house training from June 13th – July 8th and then classroom instruction from July 11th – 22nd. The certification will allow her to further assist Account Managers and other staff in providing specialized insurance and risk management services to clients.
