Endeavor to Increase Atlanta Headcount by 15%

Endeavor announces aggressive increase in staffing at the Atlanta-based Technical Access Center (TAC) to fill demands in project management, operations engineering, information technology (IT), software development, operations analysis, and general management.

Atlanta, GA, February 02, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Endeavor is pleased to announce that hiring is currently underway to fill a variety of positions across several key operations and technical departments. The staffing increases kick off 2011 as part of the executive initiative to continue enhancing its infrastructure to ensure scalability and continually improving upon the high quality of service its customers expect and sustaining profitability for investors.

During 2010, a banner year for Endeavor where revenue and volume records were set, head count in the Atlanta-based TAC increased by 44%. This growth trend will continue into 2011 as the company is actively seeking top talent in the metro Atlanta area. With a growing number of large-scale, complex installation deployments that are underway or coming down the customer pipeline, seasoned industry veterans are targeted to fill rolls that will oversee and implement them within Endeavor’s operations. Those with PMP certifications are sought for positions in Endeavor’s growing Project Management organization while experienced technical experts are encouraged to apply for senior roles within Operations Engineering.

Experienced managers are also in demand to implement operational initiatives and provide coaching to Endeavor’s team of young professionals. Junior and Senior level positions are available within the IT group as well, in areas such as software development, systems administration, and systems analysis. These positions will continue optimizing ESP (Endeavor Service Portal) to meet the needs of customers with enhanced functionality, ensuring streamlined processes and scalability as the company’s growth continues.

"This immediate staffing increase in Atlanta is an important investment in Endeavor's current and future capabilities. Atlanta has proven to be a tremendous pool of talent and I'm pleased to be able to improve daily operations and fuel our growth using it as a primary source of human capital," says Justin R. McLain, the Chief Executive Officer. "While we are always focused on earnings, we do not want to rest lazily on the benefits of our past successes. Endeavor posted a 35% level of growth last year and we plan on exceeding that this year and next."
