Sheehan Training Announces the Launch of Guru Nutrition

On February 1, 2011, Tom Sheehan and LeAnna Brown introduced the much awaited launch of Guru Nutrition, a nutrition product that provides guidance and support to make the positive changes that one achieves with their health, permanent.

Foxboro, MA, February 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Tom Sheehan and LeAnna Brown, owners of Sheehan Training, provide all of the multiple components of fitness to their clients, but believe that 80% of the fitness equation is nutrition. After years of studying the effects of nutrition on health and the prevention of disease, they wanted to provide a product to people who were interested in losing weight and lowering their risk of major diseases. They also wanted Guru Nutrition to be available to people not just in the local market, but anywhere in the world.

Guru Nutrition is not just a nutrition program. It is also a program which seeks to help people reach their fitness and nutrition goals, and make the results permanent. Guru Nutrition will provide advance cutting edge neural re-conditioning technology in the form of downloadable audio files which will help people train their sub-conscious mind through neural conditioning. Habits and behaviors are 10,000 times more powerful than desires. Guru Nutrition will provide the tools so development of new habits of weight loss and optimum health are achieved forever.

Sheehan, a Certified Nutrition Specialist through the American Academy of Sports Dieticians and Nutritionists (AASDN), had struggled with weight as a child and embraced exercise shortly after graduating from high school in 1982. He has studied the effects of nutrition on the prevention and eradication of many diseases such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. He believes that Guru Nutrition will be able to inform and enlighten many people as to the dangers of processed food and the Standard American Diet that most people are eating today. “At one time bloodletting was approved by all leading doctors, so we need to be objective and open-minded when it comes to potential cures for diseases today,” says Sheehan.

Brown, a self-taught expert on organic and whole food nutrition, began studying foods and their effect on us with the birth of her first child in 1993. She started reading labels and doing research on what we were feeding our infants. She soon noticed the symmetry between the advent of the Standard American Diet (SAD) and the many afflictions (mental & physical) that children are suffering from today. From this point on she only purchased organic food and immersed herself in journals and books that would provide her with the highest possible knowledge on how to provide proper nutrition to her family. "I am frankly amazed at people when they tell me they cannot afford organic food. Those same people tend to spend an enormous amount of money on recreation and eating out," Brown says. "The sad part is that when disease sets in, many will consider it simply ‘bad luck,’ when in fact the illness is almost always attributable to improper nutrition and lifestyle.” LeAnna has recently finished her first E-book for Guru Nutrition, The Gurus' Guide to Healthy Eating, and it is available to all Guru Nutrition members.
