Carol Harper is a motivational speaker who encourages others with her compelling story. She is a member of Toastmasters at the Square in Marietta, Georgia, and served as president 2005-2006. Carol is also on the Victim Impact Panel for MADD Atlanta. She lives in the Atlanta area and has one daughter, Christa.
