Bohemian Chic- Designer Book Out for Public Use

Ann Arbor, MI, February 23, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Noted designers, Marie Minnich and Marde Doolan announce the collaboration of their first book, Bohemian Chic: Decorating with Vintage and Salvage.

Bohemian Chic is a rising interior design trend that fosters the Reduce – Reuse – Recycle principle. It celebrates the possessions the homeowner often already owns and loves, and shapes them into aesthetically pleasing vignettes. It is a process that can be achieved in any home – on any budget.

“The Bohemian Chic style is fast becoming a trend in the design world,” said Minnich, also owner of Medici Design Group. “Its popularity stems from the fact that people are encouraged to use what they already have, which is a very earth-friendly concept.”

“I have always been environmentally conscious,” said Doolan, co-author and LEED Green Associate. “So collaborating with Marie on this decorating method was a real thrill.”

Marie Minnich and Marde Doolan, introduce the ingredients behind the style, presenting it as a recipe for design success. The book is filled with simple decorating tips and advice that the homeowner can blend in creating his/her own Bohemian Chic look. Full-color photos further illustrate what has and can be done.
