Hathaway Breaks Ground on 101 Units in Atlanta
Atlanta, GA, February 27, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Hathaway Construction Services, Inc. commenced construction on The Manor at Scott’s Crossing, a $13,000,000, 101 unit senior independent living community in Atlanta, Georgia. The project is owned by Prestwick Development Company, LLC.
The Manor at Scott’s Crossing is well located at the corner of James Jackson Parkway and Browntown Road, within a 5+/- acre site on the northwest side of Atlanta, Georgia. The senior independent living community is ideally located with excellent interstate exposure, within one mile to Interstate 285 and within close proximity to I-75, I-20 and I-85, offering convenient access in all directions. I-285 connects the site to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, approximately 15 miles to the south. I-75 connects to Macon, 90 miles south and Chattanooga, 100 miles north. I-20 connects to Birmingham, 140 miles west and to Augusta, 150 miles east.
The project will consist of 101 affordable senior living units and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2012 and leasing will commence shortly thereafter.
