Calloway’s and Cornelius Nursery Announce 2011 Edible Festival Event

Fort Worth, TX, March 03, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Calloway’s and Cornelius Nursery gardeners will experience a festival of organic proportions as they learn more about edible gardening at the nursery’s second annual Edible Festival event on Saturday, March 12.

On Saturday, March 12 at 10:15 a.m., all stores will facilitate the “Spring Vegetable and Herb” gardening clinic where interested parties can learn how to grow their own fresh, healthy food. Throughout the day, other food gardening events will be held including prize drawings from sponsors – Chef Jeff and Blue Label Herbs.

“Edible and organic gardening is becoming more and more popular with each passing year. Calloway’s and Cornelius is delighted to be a leading resource for people who are interested in this area of gardening,” Kimberly Bird, Vice President of Retail Marketing, remarked.
