In 2010, Didim Sun Properties won the category of Best Agency (Medium). Didim Sun Properties has been short-listed again in 2011. Their competitors are two agents who sell property in Brazil.

Didim Sun Properties is owned and managed by a British Turkish husband and wife team whom both speak fluent Turkish and English having lived in and being citizens of both countries. The staff team consists purely of family members whom are committed to service excellence. Indeed it was buying clients of Didim Sun who acted as referees to the 12 person strong AIPP judging panel. The AIPP Excellence Awards
The AIPP’s annual awards look for excellence in customer service and a detailed entry process means that entrants effectively conduct a customer service ‘audit’ on their company. All AIPP members are eligible for entry. There are around 300 real estate professionals worldwide whom are approved by the AIPP.
"This was my first time as a judge on the AIPP Awards and I was impressed by how detailed the entries were and how robust the judging process proved to be,” said Nigel Lewis of Prime Location. “These awards are all about awarding overseas property professionals who are transparent, follow best practice and embrace business ethics - and the judging process reflected that."

We are not complacent and are committed to continual service improvements. Thank you to all of our buying clients who gave their time to the AIPP judging panel. Fingers crossed that we can do it for a second year running although we know that our two competitors are excellent so it is going to be tough!"
Established in 2006, the AIPP has around 300 members worldwide. The AIPP seeks to improve industry standards, encourage best practice and to educate consumers on how to buy overseas property safely. Members of this UK based not-for-profit organisation work under a Code of Conduct which provides buyers with access to an independent arbitration scheme, and a disciplinary procedure should they have cause for complaint about a member company.
