Local Talent and All Female Screenwriters Contributed to the Short Film

Sarasota, FL, March 05, 2011 --(PR.com)-- StarFruit Productions will be screening its new short film, "The Couch," 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 9, at downtown Sarasota's Home Resource. Five female writers collaborated to create the cohesive short film – Korryn Day, Debby Hall, Mary Brown, Sage Hall and a familiar Sarasota name, Jenny Beres, who won "The Play's the Thing" playwriting competition two years in a row and whose work has be featured around the country, including New York City and Los Angeles.
