UKFast Plays the Field with Red Devils

Manchester, United Kingdom, March 09, 2011 --(PR.com)-- In line with UKFast’s sponsorship of Salford City Reds, the two organisations have created a new website for the Rugby club.

Headquartered in Manchester, UKFast is committed to supporting regional talent and the sponsorship of flourishing sports teams like the Red Devils is right at the core of this commitment.

Lawrence Jones, MD of UKFast states: “We have been sponsoring Rugby Union for a decade now and are excited to be entering into the top flight of Rugby’s other discipline.

As one of the clubs main sponsors, UKFast’s internal creative agency Harper James has provided the club with a complete internet solution; from design and hosting, to general maintenance of a new site which is now live online.

The new site prioritises simplicity with a modern style and a variety of clear user-friendly tools.

With a dashboard of widgets on the site’s homepage, users are empowered to select exactly what they would like to view each and every time they visit the Reds page.

UKFast aims through the partnership to add more value for its clients who will be welcomed to the games. Jones wants to continue to maintain face-to-face relationships with his clients despite working at the forefront of the digital world.

Jones continues: “We truly believe the Reds are heading for the top and want to back them all the way. At the same time, it is a great chance for us to get out there and meet those people who are populating our network – it is a win, win!”

Paul McNally, communications manager at Salford Reds believes the new website and partnership will stand the club in great stead for the season. “We knew we needed a more substantial website to gear up for our stadium move and the whole process has gone down really well. The guys at UKFast have given us a much more accessible and dynamic site, which is really important for growing our awareness in the community. It does amazing things for the brand!”

The Devils are currently still playing at their long-standing home ground, the Willows. However, the club is set to move to a new 15,000 capacity City of Salford Stadium in Barton-upon-Irwell in time for the 2012 season.
