Author Lee Kessler Spotlights the Role Generation Y Plays in the Survival of America in Upcoming Talks

Gen X, Y and Boomers attend actress turned author Lee Kessler's talks. Kessler, who believes the optimism, engagement and energy of Gen Y, reflected in her “White King” series of suspense novels, shows Gen Y’s ability to win at whatever lies ahead.

Los Angeles, CA, March 09, 2011 --(PR.com)-- America is being described as a nation in crisis due to the scale and degree of issues to be resolved—the economy, joblessness, social security, health care, education, homeland security, our involvement overseas and more. One thing we all seem to have in common is that we remain divided on how to solve these issues. Kessler address these issues and what may be causing them in talks she delivers around the country on her book tour.

Inspired by actual events surrounding the homeland security issue, veteran film and TV actress Lee Kessler wrote the espionage novels "White King and the Doctor and White King Rising."

In "White King and the Doctor" and "White King Rising", Lee Kessler exposes the tactics used by terrorist Ayman Al-Zawahiri to bring down the United States from within. Ex-CIA analyst James Mikolas enlists Gen Y’ers Andy Weir and Brian Washington Carver to leverage their technology skills to explore out of the box solutions to stop Zawahiri from triggering his doomsday scenario against the United States—set to launch June 30, 2011.

“In a series of live talks, radio and television interviews across the country I am fortunate to meet literate, optimistic, and energetic young people who are actively engaged in working to improve our society and culture. I believe that by communicating with our young leaders through open forums we will understand why they think and feel the way they do and be able to work together to achieve our goals for a stronger, safer and healthier America,” said Kessler in a recent interview.

Kessler went on to say “any generation when called upon to do great things for humanity out of necessity will do so. Generation Y is no different. I agree with Maya Enista, Chief Executive Officer of mobilize.org, who said, ‘before ‘The Greatest Generation’ became great, many of them faced the same doubts from their elders as well.’ I look forward to meeting and working with Gen Yers at my upcoming talks in Los Angeles and cities on my West Coast tour.”
