American University Selects XCO SportsLink to Launch Mobile Smartphone App for Fans

McLean, VA, March 11, 2011 --( American University Athletics announced today that it will launch AUeagles Mobile, its smartphone application that will be available in March. The Eagles will work with XCO SportsLink to develop a new smartphone application for American University Athletics.

The app will cost $1.99 per school year and will feature up-to-date scores, video capabilities, exclusive content and live radio broadcasts for American University’s 16 Division I teams. Additionally, the app will connect students, alumni and friends to American Athletics’ interactive social media tools, contests and games, team updates and schedules. The application will be designed to specifically give fans the ability to access exclusive information anytime, anywhere.

AUeagles will be available for download from the iTunes Store, Android Marketplace, and BlackBerry App World. Simply search AUeagles.
