Classified Concepts Unveils Open House iPhone App

Classified Concepts announces the Open House App to newspapers across the country. Finally, a simple-to-use classified application branded to the newspaper, featuring local content.

Santa Barbara, CA, March 12, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Open House App enables newspaper publishers to list local open house and real estate listings directly on reader’s iPhones, which provides additional revenue opportunities from both the advertiser and sponsors, who can utilize premium space on key pages.

Listings can include full descriptions, photos, location, seller contact information and links to realtor’s websites. The information can be uploaded weekly or daily, making property information up-to-date and relevant.

Free to download, a newspaper’s branded App allows the user to search open house listings by a variety of factors including price, number of beds and baths, type, open day, city or proximity to a user’s current location. Results can be displayed on the map or in a list view, with save to phone features and sharing via email. Driving directions are also available.

Setting up a newspaper’s branded App takes just a few days, after which Apple approval is required. Currently, available in the App Store, a version that runs on the Android platform will launch later this year. This is the second App launched by Classified Concepts this year following its successful Garage Sale App, also available for free download from the App Store.
