)-- David Finch, president and CEO of ATCOM Business Telecom Solutions (http://www.atcombts.com), a communications solutions provider, has announced that the company has partnered with Clinical Ink, a company established in 2006 to provide eSource solutions for clinical research sites. ATCOM installed a Mitel 3300 Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) communications system for Clinical Ink, creating the ability to connect employees working remotely across the country with Mitel’s Teleworker software.
"ATCOM has provided us with both a great phone system and great service,” said Doug Pierce, CEO of Clinical Ink. “The way they handled the install, training and initial support more than met my expectations. By connecting our Boston and Philadelphia employees to one system, we have increased productivity and made it easier for our customers to reach the appropriate person when they call."
“Through our work with Clinical Ink, we were able to offer seamless connectivity to all employees,” said Bryan Sayers, senior account manager at ATCOM. “Additionally, Clinical Ink was able to leverage Mitel’s partnership with VMware to virtualize the application, saving on hardware costs and power consumption.”
