Momac Exhibits Cloud-Based Mobile Platform at CTIA Wireless and MWC, Entices Exploding US and South American Markets

Momac, a leading mobile portal solutions provider, attracted significant interest from key telecom operators and enterprises during this year’s Mobile World Congress trade show in Barcelona. Present for the first time at the CTIA Wireless convention in March, the European-based company also exhibited its innovative cloud-based mobile platform mvolve in Orlando and seduced North and South American industry players.

Rotterdam, Netherlands, April 05, 2011 --(PR.com)-- From pivotal mobile operators to key media enterprises, mvolve’s advanced personalisation and cloud hosting capabilities attracted a wide variety of show attendees who came largely in search of flexibility and next generation customer service solutions.

Improving the customer experience has been firmly at the centre of conversation this year in the mobile industry. Operators, mobile marketers and advertisers, m-commerce agencies and brands are quickly looking for ways to leverage subscriber data into a completely personalised end-user experience while maintaining coveted privacy standards. Customers are increasingly demanding personalisation options and self-care services, both of which were dominant themes at MWC and CTIA Wireless this year.

Despite having attended Mobile World Congress every year since 2007, Momac Chief Marketing Officer, Olivier Milcent, qualifies the company’s appearance this year as the most fruitful thus far.

“In terms of expanding Momac’s presence and getting in front of potential customers, MWC was great,” he confirms. “But the real achievement was our ability to connect with likely partners in different regions around the world.”

Already active in Canada, South Africa and Spain via the mvolve Channel Partner Program, Momac exhibited its innovative mobile platform mvolve in the United States for the first time at CTIA Wireless 2011, as a response to a growing number of requests from markets in the Americas.

“Since the beginning of the year, a lot of requests have come from the United States and Latin America, particularly Brazil, whose mobile market is just exploding, which is why Momac chose CTIA this year to formally introduce themselves to these respective markets,” Milcent said.

Although predominately oriented toward Europe, Momac nevertheless boast activity in 20 countries worldwide, including the U.S. through the AFP portal on AT&T Media Net.

Based on substantial response from telecom analysts and other mobile industry professionals, Milcent is convinced that Momac is perfectly on target to satisfy mounting mobile demands for media-rich mobile sites, native and hybrid apps and an overall personalised customer experience.
