The Biggest Brands Edition in African Business Review

San Diego, CA, April 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- On paper, the performance of African brands in the BrandFinance Global 500 list of the most valuable brands looks poor. Telecoms giant MTN is the sole representative of African brands to make the top 500, positioned 199th in the table topped by Google.

However, African Business Review took the time to delve deeper into the outlook for the continent’s brands – and according to experts Oliver Schmitz, Managing Director of Brand Finance South Africa and Thebe Ikalafeng, founder of Brand Leadership - it is certainly bright.

African Business Review also asked the question as to whether African brands are really cashing in on marketing on Facebook and Twitter and profiled the Kenyan Safari Park where Prince William popped the question to Kate Middleton.

Being eco-friendly makes perfect business sense, in terms of both saving money and helping protect the environment. A Greenpeach insider shares his top ten tips on becoming green.

African Business Review also features a special report on the changing role of the Chief Financial Officer and asked what the CFOs of the future will focus on, and don’t forget to check out our article on enterprise software in the continent.
