E Custom Finishes Reports 45 Percent Sales Increase, Launches E-Commerce Division Expansion and Prepares for Move to New Location at Phoenix Park LLC

Harvard, MA, April 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- ECustom finishes, crafters of fine reclaimed wood furniture and accessories has announced plans to expand its e-commerce division by 50 percent and to accommodate growth, the company has inked a deal to lease a new location at Phoenix Park in Shirley, Massachusetts, beginning July 1, 2011.

ECustom Finishes owner Chris Longdon said the company, which offers customized solid wood furniture for the home including rustic pine tables, end tables, dining room sets and other casually sophisticated classic and rustic wood accessories, witnessed a 45 percent increase in e-commerce sales in 2010. As a result, the company has implemented plans to expand its e-commerce division by 50 percent. The expansions have already begun and the move to the new location will include the entire operation from production and sales to the online customer service division.

“This move marks a significant upgrade for us and it’s primarily due to our phenomenal growth over the last couple of years,” Longden said. “We saw a very successful growth between 2009 and 2010, which we are projecting to continue seeing going forward and, in order to meet demand, we are moving into a state-of-the-art facility where operations will be able to be more efficient.”

E Custom has enjoyed widespread success with its online, customizable inventory of old wood furniture and accessories. Strong customer-loyalty, a 24/7 customer service representation and quick e-inquiry turn-around have fostered the growth, Longden said. E Custom also has become widely revered for its one-of-a-kind, personalized product craftsmanship. The company’s in-house worldwide gallery artist provides hand-painted designs upon request on most of the pieces in the E Custom line.

“We believe that product quality, customer service and competitive pricing are very important, especially in these times when economics are not so strong for the retail markets across the board,” Longden said. “The ability to customize is huge right now, regardless of whether you buy one chair in the color of your choice, have a table or kitchen island built to the size you need, or even customize it with a hand painted design, all things are possible. We believe the quality of our line and the personalized details we offer, backed by our commitment to provide unsurpassed customer service, are the key components of our success.”

In order to accommodate the move, E Custom is also selling several high quality products in stock at 50 percent off. Many of these pieces are currently unfinished and can be finished in the color of your choice. A few of these products are available for viewing on the company’s auxiliary site, Lake and Mountain Home (lakeandmountainhome.com).
