)-- Joan Inglis is an award winning Master Accredited Staging Professional, interior designer and Realtor. The Ashe County Home Builders Association invited Inglis to be its April featured speaker to address its members and guests about the benefits of staging properties to sell.
Inglis will educate the crowd on how to go about hiring the proper home stager, and what results the home stager should achieve. Inglis will also discuss creative marketing strategies to sell properties in a slow economy.
Inglis won a 2010 STARS Award from the North Carolina Home Builders Association for her work on furnishing, staging, and marketing a charity tour home. She owns Carolina Spaces, LLC, a successful, established home staging and interior design company based in the Charlotte Region.
Inglis offers her services throughout North Carolina and South Carolina and has successfully staged over $55 million in properties. Her 2010 company staged homes average is under contract in 18 days.
