DirectRooms.com announces the 2011 BMAD Paignton Bike Festival. Biker lovers are certain to be geared up for this year’s May Bank Holiday weekend. Starting at 1:00pm on Friday the 29th April, the adventure will begin when the gates open to a flood of bike enthusiasts in Paignton, Devon, England. The festival runs until May 1st.
Torquay, United Kingdom, April 12, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Entry to this event is free, however, the BMAD Paignton Bike Festival organisers are asking that bikers that attend the event donate £2 on Friday to be able to park their bikes on the seafront.
The doors to the BMAD Paignton Bike Festival open at 10:00am on both Saturday the 30th April and on Sunday the 1st May 2011. On those days the festival organisers are asking for a £4 donation to park your bike on the seafront. This donation includes a free festival pin badge to the first 650 bikers arriving each day.
Please do keep in mind that all money donated goes directly to local charities such as the Air Ambulance, as this service is utilised when serious bike accidents occur in the area.
Featured at this year’s BMAD Paignton Bike Festival is the Ken Fox's Wall of Death that is a major attraction to motorcyclists. The team will perform dives, dips, tricks and stunts horizontally.
Visitors arriving from out of town can enjoy comfortable accommodation at one of the many Torquay hotels.
