)-- DocuXplorer, one of the nation’s leading providers of document management solutions software to small and medium sized businesses, today released the results of its 2011 Client Satisfaction Survey, the results of which detailed overwhelming approval of the software it provides, with nearly 97% of respondents indicating they were satisfied, very satisfied or extremely satisfied with DocuXplorer.

In addition to surveying client satisfaction, the 2011 Client Satisfaction survey also queried clients about the features they would most like to see in future releases. The two most popular requests were the need for full text searches in Microsoft Office 2010 file types and for online training modules.
“Based on this feedback, we are now developing a solution in our next release to allow our clients to perform full text searches within all Office 2010 file types and have begun developing a series of online tutorials for new users to fully learn the extensive functionality of DocuXplorer,” added Wyman.
