Telligent Issues Latest White Paper, Delivering Community Education Through Its World Class Communities Series

The white paper’s author, Telligent Senior Vice President of Client Services Cecilia Edwards, boasts more than 15 years of professional experience providing strategy and business consulting services, with seven of those years spent with the Boston Consulting Group. She holds a master’s of business administration with an emphasis on strategy from the University of California, Berkley, Walter A. Weave community objectives deeply into the fabric of your company — Not only is it important to have a set of business objectives for the community, it is critical that they are established at a strategic level within the organization.
