Anyone can enter or vote by logging into Facebook, and going to Burris’ Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/BurrisComputerForms), and clicking the “Like” button. Entries must be the original idea or creation of the contestant.
Card templates for Microsoft Word and Publisher can be downloaded from Burris’ site at Card templates for Microsoft Word (http://pcforms.com/burris-blank-halffold-template-portrait-microsoft-word-p-256.html) or Card templates for Microsoft Publisher (http://pcforms.com/burris-blank-halffold-template-portrait-microsoft-publisher-p-330.html).
One combined photo of both the front and back of the card should be uploaded to Burris’s Facebook page, listed above.
To submit an entry, post a photo of your Mother’s Day Card creation on Burris’ Wall. Entries can be submitted until May 9, 2011 at midnight, EST.
Anyone can vote for their favorite Mother’s Day Card entry by logging onto Facebook, going to Burris’ FaceBook page, and clicking the “Like” button under the entry for which they want to vote.
The winner will be determined by the entry that receives the most “Likes” by May 10, 2011 at 5:00 PM, EST.
The prize is a $50 Gift Certificate to Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden/Red Lobster/Longhorn Steakhouse/The Capital Grille/Bahama Breeze/Seasons 52).
The winner will be announced and the prize sent to the winning entrant May 11, 2011.
Entrant agrees that Burris may publish or share the entry with others (for no charge). No purchase necessary. Contest winners in the previous six (6) months are ineligible.
