Tampa Bay Blacksox Home Opener to Benefit All Children's Hospital

The Tampa Bay Blacksox of the NXBL will host their home opener on June 4, 2011 to support the All Children's Hospital. A portion of all ticket sales will go to the charity.

The Tampa Bay Blacksox will open their season home opener in the National Xtreme Baseball League on June 4, 2011 at Campbell Park located at 601 14th Street South St. Petersburg, FL 33705. The NXBL is a non traditional way of playing baseball. There are two diamonds on the field which creates more base running situations. The ball players that play this style of baseball have to remain focused throughout the entire game. This style of baseball makes for a new and exciting way to watch the game. The Tampa Bay Blacksox' home opener will also benefit the local community. A portion of the tickets sold to the game will go to support All Children's Hospital.
