Chatham Street Café to Host Mother’s Day Brunch

May 8 Holiday Brunch Will Feature Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon, Special Spring Omelet

Chatham St., has announced that the restaurant will host a Mother’s Day brunch from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 8. In addition to the restaurant’s regular brunch items, the menu will feature scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, goat cheese, chives and tomato; a spring omelet with asparagus and curry goat cheese; Monte Cristo breakfast casserole; and strawberry spinach salad with hearts of palm, walnuts and poppyseed dressing.
